The Rudyard’s Chef Table



Chef Jordan Economy is gonna help you rock your holiday table with some homemade pasta and bread that will blend nicely with any family tradition. He’ll be demonstrating and then leading a step by step lesson in preparing pasta – both filled ravioli sheet pasta and other styles – and table bread that compliments any meal. Throughout the cooking class participants will be sharing charcuterie with cheeses selected from the Dairy Maids seasonal list & pasta yummies paired with tastings of several retired, cellar aged beers that offer insight into possible selections for your holiday buffet or table. Come enjoy a casual evening knoshing, cooking & tasting aged brews and you leave with party favors you can freeze & serve!
